Founded in —-, Samson. G. Netto was born from the belief that every individual deserves access to dignified work, and that every employer deserves the right person for the job. We saw a gap: many workers — especially unskilled or semi-skilled — are held back by language barriers, lack of formal recognition of skills, or minimal exposure to upskilling. We also saw employers struggle to find reliable labour that meets standards.

To bridge this gap, we built a service model that includes job matching, candidate training, and language & communication support — in collaboration with WinsEdu Foundation for language education.
